The pitfalls of unnecessarily mirroring internal departments or, on the other hand, painting an artificially simplistic picture are real and often difficult to navigate. One of the most common challenges is too many options. We’ve helped clients select service providers, infrastructure vendors, content management platforms, and more. We develop meaningful criteria; find and qualify options; and evaluate and compare the choices. While we do a limited amount of in-house production for select clients, we offer a wealth of experience with demanding editorial workflows; multimedia and video production; and live events and streaming production.
